Dear Mr. Whitaker and Ancient-Wisdom forum readers:

I am writing to say how exciting I find this Web site. It asks some very good questions and leads one to entertain some interesting possibilities about man's past.

I have great interest in history and, lately, have taken more interest in learning of man’s ancient past—those slim-documented periods that contain about man’s place in the world or his technical abilities in such times.

I subscribe to Archeology magazine and ...

Hi, first off just wanted to say what a great site you have here, seeing so many ancient wonders in one place on the web is a real eye-opener!

My question to any interested persons is the depictions of "gods" that display them with two left hands (a second left hand is in place of a right hand). I thought i had seen these depicted in ancient mesoamerica and in the ancient near east.

Does anyone recall where these occur? I have no recollection of what culture/civilization they ...

The recent passing of Ivan Van Sertima is noted. He contributed much to the debate of pre-Columbian contact between the 'old-world' and 'new-world' civilisations. R.I.P.

Question..?

Are there any artefacts from South America which have been conclusively proven to originate from a pre-Columbian Old-world source...?

Having successfully run the Top-50 Megaliths page for over two years now, the recently created equivelant page recently came to my attention. This led me to make the mistake of attempting to link the two pages together. Ancient-wisdom is now banned from Wikipedia, and all reference to it has been deleted... except this..
